With sport – regardless of whether it is endurance, strength or functional training, the appropriate diet and a straight attitude, you are able to substantially renew your life energy – to change your life and your drive completely. Reduce body weight and build up endurance, reduce body fat and build muscle, or simply build muscle hard and consistently and gain weight.

You develop the inner strength to leave your listlessness or your depression behind and to build up your self-esteem, your self-respect and your joy in yourself out of yourself, thanks to success in sport.

The basis for this is your deep belief that you can do anything you set out to do. And your clear vision of the person you want to be. The key to success is persistence, perseverance, self-denial and consistency. You complete your workout program year in and year out, ignoring demotivation, emotional upsets or negligible physical ailments. Nothing affects your workout rhythm. And that means in any case: from now on at least 4-6 times a week of sport. As hard and consistent as your daily form dictates.

Prepare yourself with patience and perseverance, the visible success does not come overnight. It takes 2 years before you start to feel a gradual change in and on yourself. 2 years in which you complete your training program 4-6 times a week. No matter what. Mixed by periods in which you make rapid progress that drives you. Followed by periods of time on which you reach a platform that leaves you with the feeling that you simply cannot get off the mark. YOUR RECIPE OF SUCCESS

The weight room is my temple, my hideout for contemplation. I take the moment of turning away from the world and everything that bother me. The weight room is my inner refuge.

  • Always keep in mind the vision of the person you will be in 3 years!
  • Become a believer – be convinced that you will reach your goal!
  • Be patient – keep training – even if you experience periods in which you perceive only very small changes in yourself! Just keep on training!
  • 4-6 times a week 45-60 min. Training, regardless of personal motivation!
  • Concentrate on your exercises, your breath, your muscles, your condition – the phone and headsets stay at home!
  • Do the right exercises – do them properly – concentrate on the range of motion!
  • Enter into a dialogue with the muscles you are training on each set!
  • Perform each sentence to exhaustion!
  • Don’t be put off by super-smart inputs from your colleagues, by the “latest” insights in strength training or by the “best” workouts for this and that.
  • If you do your basic exercises in the manner discussed between us, hard and consistently for 4-6 times a week for 2 years, and you stick to your eating plan plus / minus, you will be successful and achieve your goal.
  • Lean back – let yourself hang in between, put on it and fall to your heart’s content, eat yourself full of fries and drink alcohol until it stops. If you go about it like a mis-programmed autistic robot, nothing will work out.

57 years old and self-employed designer. Power endurance sports for 37 years. With 20 diagnosed by the Inselspital in Bern, severe and incurable asthmatics and allergy sufferers with a lung volume of 50-60%. Bioresonance therapy solved the allergy problem within a year.
